Oversee monthly payroll processing and social insurance billing. Support line managers with HR-related inquiries and data management. To strengthen our Human Resources department team, we are looking for a motivated, committed, and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement HR Generalist 80-100% (m/f/d) Your responsibilities include: Overall responsibility for smooth, efficient, and up-to-date HR administration from entry to exit (permits, contracts, agreements, job profiles, references, etc.) Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll runs including payment and accounting with social insurance carriers Preparation of year-end accounts for social insurance carriers in cooperation with the Head of HR Professional and administrative support for line managers on personnel-related issues Personnel support for employees and line managers Data maintenance in the personnel systems Infoniqa / Rexx / plus-time (TimeShepard) Creating and further developing statistics and key figures Handling general correspondence in HR Organisation of courses, seminars, etc. Participation in the implementation and optimisation of HR processes General administrative support for the Head of HR Our requirements are: Commercial training with further education in HR (HR clerk, HR specialist or similar) Several years of experience as a generalist in the HR area of an SME and essential experience in payroll processing, preferably in an industrial environment Passion for HR combined with a flair for numbers Resilient, team-oriented, and positive personality Very good MS Office skills Knowledge of payroll and time recording systems Infoniqa and plus-time (TimeShepard) is an advantage Our offer: Versatile and challenging role with a high degree of independence Good team spirit, open communication, and plenty of scope for personal development Individual induction is a matter of course for us An attractive working environment with good salary and social benefits as well as flexible daily working hours Would you like to shape your professional future and success in a progressive Swiss company?
