Apply now as: As an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive support to the departments under your responsibility and be actively involved in cross-functional HR projects. In addition, you will oversee the area of personnel development for the HOLY FASHION GROUP. Your responsibilities: * Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related matters * Implementing the HR strategy within your assigned business unit * Acting as a sparring partner for management and leaders on leadership and team-related issues * Personnel planning in collaboration with the specialist departments * Conducting recruitment processes, selection decisions and onboarding * Supporting performance reviews and addressing employment law issues * Identifying development needs and devising appropriate measures * Analysing HR metrics and deriving recommendations for action * Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements, internal guidelines and processes * Supporting remuneration, promotion and succession processes * Contributing to HR projects and the continuous optimisation of HR processes Requirements: * an excellent degree in economics or law * several years- experience in modern HR management * strong interpersonal skills * very good English language skills and IT skills * ideally, industry knowledge
