Assist in optimizing HR workflows during system transitions. Skills Commercial training with HR specialization preferred; public sector experience is a plus. HR Assistant 80 - 100% The General Secretariat is the executive staff of the Director of Education and includes the areas of construction, educational planning, specialist and legal services, finance and digital, communication, appeals department as well as the personnel department. Here, the affairs and projects of the entire Education Directorate are coordinated. Our HR area is currently undergoing an exciting phase of development. In the course of a planned centralisation of HR services within the directorate and the upcoming switch to a new HR system in 2027, we are redesigning our processes and structures. For our new team in the General Secretariat, we are looking to fill two HR Assistant positions with a workload of 80-100%, starting by arrangement. Your area of responsibility In a team of about ten HR assistants, you will be responsible for the entire personnel administration of the office assigned to you within the Education Directorate. You will be the contact person for managers and employees and will be involved in various HR processes from job postings to departures. You will record changes and create orders in SAP and, after the transition, in SuccessFactors, manage the time recording system, place advertisements and evaluate various personnel data. You will contribute to the optimisation and harmonisation of our HR processes in connection with the centralisation and the introduction of the new HR system. In your work, you will support the HR consultants in our offices and the General Secretariat as well as the co-team leaders HRS and the HR director of the directorate. You will independently organise various events. Your profile You have a commercial basic education and ideally a completed further education in human resources. Professional experience in public administration is an advantage. You are proficient in SAP and MS Office. You are characterised by your careful, efficient and service-oriented way of working. You enjoy administrative tasks, work precisely and strive for a high level of service quality. As a positive, communicative and discreet personality, you can handle the flexibility of everyday HR work, the numerous contacts and the various topics well.
