* Manage and ensure accurate employee time tracking and absence management * Provide general HR administrative support, including employee data updates ## About Our Client ## Our client is an international company. ## Job Description ## * Manage and monitor employee time tracking and absences using internal systems (experience with Lucca is a strong advantage) * Ensure accuracy and regular updates of timesheets, leave balances, and working hours * Support HR in administrative tasks (employee files, contracts, documentation) * Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to time management and HR policies * Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates * Provide general support to the HR team as needed ## The Successful Applicant ## * Previous experience in an HR administrative * HR Certificate plus * Strong attention to detail and good level of organizational skills * Comfortable working with HR systems (experience with Lucca is a plus) * Reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion * Good communication skills in French and English ## What's on Offer ## Full time role for a month.
