Tasks Ensure smooth operation of Guest Self Check-in solutions and OTAs. Manage and maintain hotel systems for seamless guest interactions. Conduct quality assurance for data and system accuracy. Skills Experience in hospitality or technical systems with a focus on guest services. Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Effective communication in German and English. You ensure that our Guest Self Check-in solution as well as the connected OTAs and booking platforms function smoothly. You make sure that hotel, booking and system data are correctly maintained so that guests can check in and out digitally at any time and bookings run stably across all channels. Your mission with us You handle support tickets and operational requests in daily business and ensure smooth system operation. You manage and maintain our operational systems such as PMS, Guest Journey Messaging, Self Check-in software as well as other digital tools. You carry out system-side configurations and adjustments in the existing applications. You take on quality assurance, check processes and workflows for errors and ensure high data and system quality. You support training as well as the introduction of new functions and releases. You work closely with Operations, Front Office, IT and other internal interfaces to ensure stable and efficient processes in everyday hotel operations. Your qualities that inspire us You have training at a hotel management school and/or experience in the hotel industry (e.g. Front Office, Reservation, Guest Services) and bring a pronounced technical affinity or alternatively you have experience with operational systems (e.g. PMS, Guest Messaging, CRM) and a strong connection to the hotel industry. You have a quick grasp and quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks. You are solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You enjoy working in a team but also take responsibility independently and convince with a hands-on mentality. You work reliably and consistently complete tasks. Good German and English skills complete your profile.
