Join us for a fulfilling role in a supportive work environment! ## Tasks ## * Provide care and support to our clients with dedication. * Initiate and evaluate care measures with case managers. * Maintain care documentation and record services accurately. ## Skills ## * Completed health or care training, preferably with Spitex experience. * Flexibility for evening shifts and independent working style. * Proficiency in MS Office and RAI-HC; must have a bike and driving license. The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and the five senior centres. We are looking for committed individuals for Spitex City of Winterthur to start immediately or by arrangement. ## Your Tasks ## * * Care and primary nursing of our clients * * Initiating nursing measures and their evaluation in collaboration with case managers * * Maintaining nursing documentation and recording services * * Contributing to the implementation of quality standards and nursing development * ## Your Profile ## * * Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ with a focus on elderly people.
