Enjoy a supportive work environment with great benefits. ## Tasks ## * Provide personalized, professional care to residents during the night. * Collaborate with your team and complete assigned tasks effectively. * Support residents and families with inquiries and care documentation. ## Skills ## * Completed training in health and social assistance or nursing. * Empathy and respectful interactions with residents are essential. * Strong team spirit and a desire for professional growth are vital. We are looking for a committed person for this exciting position in the field of night shift nursing. ### **What are your tasks?** ### * You ensure needs-oriented, professional care and nursing of our residents at night and recognise their individual needs * During the night, you work in a team and take on assigned tasks within your competencies * As a contact person for residents and relatives, you are available to support with questions and concerns * Nursing documentation is also part of your responsibilities ### **What do we expect from you?** ### * Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant EBA or SRK Nursing Assistant * Empathy as well as respectful and appreciative interaction with residents * Openness to new things and motivation to develop professionally and personally * Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a committed and motivated team * A high awareness of the autonomy and well-being of the residents as a central attitude in everyday life ### **What can you expect from us?** ### * Responsible and varied tasks * Open, neutral and constructive collaboration * Good connection to public transport and support for sustainable mobility through contribution to the costs of public transport subscriptions, e-bikes, etc. * Attractive offers for employees as well as very good social benefits ### **Do you feel addressed?
