From 1 July 2026 or by arrangement, we are seeking a # Head of Technical Services & Safety Officer 100% # ## ## Your tasks: **You will** take overall responsibility for the technical services and ensure a safe and smooth operation of the infrastructure: * * Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the property and surroundings * * Operation, monitoring and maintenance of technical systems (HVACSE & transport systems) * * Planning, coordination and implementation of repairs, renovations and minor projects * * Troubleshooting technical faults (e.g. lifts, telephony, fire alarm and alarm systems) * * Coordination of external service providers as well as obtaining and reviewing quotes * * Support in the ICT area as an internal contact person * * Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, maintenance contracts and budget requirements * * Close collaboration as a service provider with nursing, hospitality and administration * In your role as delegated *Safety Officer* (SiBe): * * Responsibility for the implementation and compliance with safety and fire protection requirements * * Conducting training in the areas of safety, fire protection and technology * * Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines (VKF, EKAS, SIA, VUV, Suva, NIN) * **Your leadership responsibilities:** * * Technical and personnel management of the technical team (2 team members) * * Promoting a structured, appreciative and performance-oriented working environment * * Role model in behaviour, communication and service orientation * ## ## Your profile: Professional skills: * * Basic training in the technical field (e.g. facility management specialist, electrical, sanitary) or comparable qualification in facility service * * Sound knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) * * Experience in project management (constructional, infrastructural or technical) * * Training as a Safety Officer (SiBe), ideally with a focus on fire protection * * Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (VKF, EKAS, SIA, VUV, Suva, NIN) * * Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally ERP systems) * Personal skills: * * Analytical and networked thinking ability * * Structured, systematic and independent working style * * Strong hands-on mentality * * High quality awareness as well as careful and precise working * * Ability to reflect and willingness for continuous development * Social skills: * * Clear, target group-appropriate communication also for non-technicians * * Teamwork as well as pronounced leadership and social competence * * High service understanding and courteous manner * Personal competencies: * * High resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment * * Strong sense of responsibility and reliability * * Discretion and sensitivity in dealing with residents and employees * ## ## We offer you: * * A responsible and varied role with scope for creativity * * A committed and collegial team * * Contemporary employment conditions and attractive social benefits * * Salary range: Annual salary CHF 91,000 - 101,000 * * Support for further training *   ## Interested? ## Then we look forward to receiving your complete application via the application button below.
