Define service strategy, including portfolio and pricing models. Collaborate with teams to ensure high solution quality and customer satisfaction. For the strategic further development of our Managed Services division, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial personality in Spreitenbach AG, Tagelswangen ZH or Reinach BL as Head of Managed Services (m/f) Your area of responsibility Leadership and further development of the Managed Services division Definition of the offer & service strategy (portfolio, roadmap, pricing, contract design) Technical leadership of the Managed Service area Promotion of an innovation-oriented, customer-focused portfolio Support of sales in tenders, customer presentations, workshops Initiation and support of customer-specific transformation projects Ensuring a high solution quality and customer satisfaction Collaboration with sales, business development, division heads and service owners (offer design, calculation, service positioning) Collaboration and leadership of interdisciplinary teams Monitoring the profitability of all managed services Your profile Very good knowledge in service design, service transition and service operation according to ITIL (v4 or v5) Experience in building, scaling and economic control of a service portfolio (including contribution margin) Experience with SLA/OLA design, service catalogs, pricing models Sound understanding of infrastructure stacks (network, collaboration, security, cloud, data centre, smart workplace) Ability to build and further develop a specialist area in a structured manner Communicative personality with a convincing presence Your working method is structured, you are decisive and have a high implementation orientation Sensitivity to customer needs and market trends to continuously develop the portfolio Very good German skills as well as good English skills We offer you These and other benefits are offered to you by ITRIS.
