About the job Caretaker (a) 100% 80-100% - Cleaning and maintenance of interior, exterior and green areas - Technical inspections as well as operation, control and maintenance of the facilities - Carrying out minor repairs and first response to fault and damage reports - Planning and performing maintenance work including control and documentation - Waste management and disposal - Winter service - Monitoring order and safety - Contact person for tenants, owners and service providers - Billing of additional services - Providing on-call service - Completed vocational training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or basic technical training in the field of maintenance - Professional experience in a similar role - Craftsmanship skills and enjoyment of practical work - Proficient IT skills - Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form - Structured and independent working style
