Together making more possible for people with disabilities Team Leader: Mechanical Manufacturing Manufacturing - Production | Sursee | 80% - 100% | from 01.08.2026 or by arrangement Your tasks Accompanying, supporting and challenging people with disabilities in everyday work as a reference person Supporting the training of apprentices (mechanical practitioner PrA or EBA) Setting up workplaces as well as organising and monitoring workflows in production Programming, setting up and commissioning CNC and conventional machines and equipment Co-responsibility for smooth process handling and monitoring customer orders Assisting with maintenance, upkeep and repair of technical devices, machines and production facilities Active participation in projects as well as in internal sports and educational offers Your profile Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ with a focus on CNC milling Further training in work pedagogy or demonstrable practical experience in the field of work pedagogy Joy and empathy in dealing with people with disabilities Confident German language skills as well as secure handling of Microsoft 365 Networked and structured way of thinking with pronounced self-organisation Team-oriented, resilient and responsible personality High flexibility and openness to new tasks and developments Why Brändi Appreciative: We treat each other with respect, on equal footing and create meaningful things together.
