* 28 mai 2026 * 100% * Durée indéterminée * anglais (Courant), français (Courant) * Route de Saint-Cergue 9, 1260 Nyon * Se connecter pour voir l-estimation de salaire de jobup.ch **What you will do :** * Act as a key finance partner to CFO and support operational decision making * Manage a finance/accounting team of 6 direct reports * Lead collaboration across the Group function (20+ affiliates, mostly in Africa) * Lead critical finance projects (e.g., Odoo ERP implementation, governance and financial process improvements) Key responsibilites include : * Oversight of accounting and finance operations * Revenue and profitability analysis * Budgeting and forecasting * KPI monitoring * Cash flow management * Operational decision support for management * Ensure compliance, internal controls, and coordination of audits, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements You will report to our CFO **What you will need :** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance * Strong Knowledge of French statutory reporting and IFRS * 5-10 years of management of a finance team (minimum 5 direct reports) * 10 yrs + of controlling experience in an international BtoB service or construction environnment * Expatriation experience * Fluent French and English **What you will enjoy :** * Visible finance leadership role in an international privately-owned business with a long standing commitment of shareholders to develop the business * Close collaboration with Operations and Group C-suite * Work in an entreprenarial, dynamic and collaborative environment * Development into CFO role or Senior Expat Leader after a successful experience in this role Please apply online with your resume, cover letter, work certificates, diploma and work permit **by June 5, 2026.** *After the first interview, criminal records will be requested to complete your application.*
