* Life Sciences - Clinical & Safety * Basel-Stadt * Contracting * Vollzeit * 01.07.2026 - 30.06.2027 * Clinical Supply Chain, SAP, OMP, APO, German, English, Veeva **Your Tasks:** * Manage internal packaging orders for clinical trial materials * Ensure on-time and complete delivery of investigational medicinal products * Coordinate standard packaging set-ups with cross-functional stakeholders * Work closely with quality, operations, and supply chain teams * Handle operational issues and support timely resolution of deviations * Contribute to process improvements in a regulated environment **Your Profile:** * At least 3 years of experience in clinical supply chain management * Experience in clinical order management is a strong advantage * Bachelor-s degree in a relevant field * Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing, Oracle Manufacturing Planning, or Advanced Planning and Optimization * Very good German and English skills, written and spoken * Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and attention to detail * Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment is an advantage * Lean management or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus   ## **Key Details** ## * Start: July 2026 * Duration: 12 months * Workload: 100% * Location: Basel Area * Home office: 1 day per week in alignment with the line manager * Contract type: Contracting
