As Global Brand Manager, you will drive the innovation and renovation pipeline for our luxury skincare collections. Reporting to the Global Group Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally to develop breakthrough product concepts that reinforce La Prairie’s heritage, luxury, and scientific excellence. How you will create a beautiful impact: • Create breakthrough product concepts and revamp existing icons, ensuring both innovation and long-term growth. • Shape the future of the category by identifying emerging trends and insights that fuel long-term brand desirability. • Lead 360° product development in collaboration with Science, Packaging, Supply Chain, Digital, Retail, and Creative teams. • Develop compelling storytelling that translates the product’s luxury, efficacy, and sensoriality into a true object of desire. • Balance creativity with a strategic mindset, ensuring that every product concept aligns with La Prairie’s brand vision and market positioning. • Deliver visionary presentations to leadership teams, shaping the next era of La Prairie skincare. What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent: • 2+ years of full-time experience in product development, ideally in luxury skincare. Other luxury industries will be considered for candidates with a strong passion for skincare. • A visionary thinker, able to see beyond trends and create timeless, market-defining innovations. • A creative disruptor, unafraid to challenge conventions and push the boundaries of luxury skincare. • Resilient and agile, with the ability to approach changes with a solution-oriented and positive mindset. • A strategic storyteller, able to translate science, luxury, and craftsmanship into compelling product narratives. • A business-minded innovator, balancing creativity with a strategic mindset to ensure product viability and long-term brand growth." • Excellent communicator, fluent in English, with the ability to influence and inspire.
