Join a leading construction company as a Gipser/in. Enjoy exciting projects and great pay! Tasks Lead and coordinate construction sites independently. Plan and manage staff assignments efficiently. Ensure quality, deadlines, and cost control on-site. Skills Completed training as a Gipser EFZ, ideally with site management experience. Proven experience in site leadership and customer care. Valid driver's license category B required. You will independently take on the leadership and coordination of construction sites. In doing so, you manage the employees and carefully plan deployments. You are responsible for quality, deadlines, and costs during the assignment. Customer contact and being the on-site point of contact are also part of your duties.
