We are looking for a Corporate Actions specialist for investment funds to join our team within the Clients & Asset Services department. You will be responsible for billing and notifying events related to investments in traditional and alternative funds. Your mission will be to provide quality services for all stakeholders while ensuring client satisfaction. You will also contribute to the continuous optimisation of our services. Your role - Ensure the execution and monitoring of fund operations (dividends, mergers, series consolidation, rebate reinvestment, capital increase, performance fee operations and other events), in compliance with internal and external procedures, guidelines and agreements. - Notify investors of changes impacting their funds (information events and choice events). - Process instructions related to choice events and instruct the respective fund administrators. - Handle complex internal requests from the Front Office. - Identify and manage risks related to private asset operations.
