Job Description To strengthen our team we are looking for you as… Front Office Employee (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement Your tasks Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, independently advise and care for our guests at the front desk at the highest level Ensure a smooth workflow at the front desk Various administrative tasks and support of the reservations department Qualifications In addition to a qualification as Hotel Communications Specialist EFZ, Businesswoman/Businessman EFZ or an equivalent recognised qualification in Switzerland, you have the appropriate professional experience and communicate confidently in German, English and French.
