* Min. 6 months temporary contract with possibility of extension * Hybrid model (2 remote days per week) ## About Our Client ## For a fast-growing organisation in the technology sector, we are looking for a Financial Controller / Business Controller to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance. In this role, you will act as a trusted finance business partner, combining strong analytical expertise with commercial acumen in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. ## Job Description ## * Act as finance business partner to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decisions * Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets * Perform variance analysis, profitability and cost-structure analysis * Support long-range financial planning, investment cases and business scenarios * Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports * Improve financial processes, data quality and reporting automation * Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A and operational teams * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment ## The Successful Applicant ## * Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or similar * 4+ years of experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis / Business Controlling, ideally in a technology, digital or international environment * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights * Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting and management reporting * Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI) is an advantage * Fluent English and very good German skills * Proactive, structured and communicative personality with a business-oriented mindset ## What's on Offer ## * A high-impact controlling role in a growing and innovative technology environment * Close collaboration with senior management and key business stakeholders * Modern working environment with flexibility and development opportunities Quote job ref JN-052026-7010007 Job Function Accounting, Audit & Advisory, Tax and Treasury Specialisation Financial Controller Industry Technology & Telecoms Location Zug Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-052026-7010007 Job Nature Home Office
