Our client, which is a growing SME based in Geneva, is looking for a Finance director to take over all financial management. Our client is a growing SME active internationally, based in Geneva. Description The Finance Director is expected to do the following: Finance business partnering & FP&A Ensure reliable, performance-driven monthly reporting; oversee outsourced accounting and guarantee the accuracy of financial data Structure and lead FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, performance tracking) Analyze and challenge growth opportunities Contribute to the financial evaluation of projects and deals Build business cases and challenge pricing strategies and margins Manage treasury, cash flow, and overall financial visibility Maintain relationships with financial partners and auditors Supply chain finance Manage the supply chain specialist (1) Ensure alignment between finance, supply chain, and growth-related challenges Oversee operational flows (inventory, orders, distribution) from a financial perspective Optimize working capital, stock levels, and logistics costs Secure and optimize international flows (import/export) in line with business constraints Address international VAT and customs duties considerations Structure & process management Manage the IT/AI Lead Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes Enhance data quality, reliability, and accessibility Support business growth by reviewing and analyzing contracts from a financial standpoint Interact with a wide ecosystem of international partners Coordinate with external advisors (legal, tax) Profile We're looking for the following background: Strong finance academics, ideally trained within a Big 4 environment, complemented by experience in an SME, bringing both technical rigour and business pragmatism Proven ability to operate in international environments and work with foreign subsidiaries Supply chain finance experience preferred Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus Demonstrated managerial capabilities and ability to engage teams Solid understanding of entrepreneurial environments, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable evolving in a fast-changing scope, with the ability to take ownership of new topics over time Job Offer The opportunity to join a growing business and be the finance business partner of the CEO.
