Overall responsibility for financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) Manage and coach the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all finance processes For a growing International Manufacturing Company based in the Lausanne Region. Description Overall responsibility for financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) Manage and coach the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all finance processes Act as a business partner to group management and local management team Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g. Swiss GAAP where applicable) Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger Coordinate audit processes and act as key contact for external auditors Ensure strong internal controls and financial processes Monitor cost control and financial performance Manage tax compliance and filings (corporate and payroll-related) Manage and coach the HR & Payroll specialist (employee lifecycle, HR policies and employee queries, personnel administration and employee records Act as a strong business partner in the ERP implementation of the logistics and sales modules, ensuring alignment between finance, operations, and reporting Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment Demonstrates the ability to lead, motivate, and support teams, with a clear focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines Works effectively independently and as part of a team, with a structured, reliable, and flexible approach Demonstrates a results-driven mindset, with strong planning and prioritization skills to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, scaling organization Maintains a high level of adaptability Demonstrates strong knowledge of local (Vaud) fiscal and employment regulations Profile Holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance & Control, Management, or an equivalent field Possesses a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar Finance & HR managerial role Demonstrates extensive experience with financial reporting, including group consolidation under Swiss GAAP, and coordination of external audits Has strong experience working with financial systems and ERP environments, including hands-on involvement in ERP implementations Brings proven experience in manufacturing and logistics environments, with a solid understanding of related financial and operational processes Job Offer Fast growing company, exiting challenge!
