Join us to enhance quality of life! ## Tasks ## * Manage all financial accounting, including asset accounting. * Create budgets, forecasts, and reports for management. * Support management in strategic projects like investments. ## Skills ## * Completed education in accounting and several years of experience. * Excellent IT skills, ideally Abacus and MS Office knowledge. * Analytical thinking and a structured working style. The WABE Foundation supports adults with disabilities and offers 38 residential, 33 day-structure, and 15 sheltered workplaces. For our team, we are looking for a Finance and Controlling Specialist 80% starting August 2026 or by arrangement. You will take on a central role and contribute to the sustainable development of our organisation with expertise, foresight, and economic thinking. In the finance team, you will be supported by an accounting clerk. Your tasks Independent management of the entire financial accounting including asset accounting Preparation of budgets, forecasts, reports, and quarterly/annual financial statements for the management and board of trustees Support of management in strategic projects (investments, process optimisation, etc.) Contact person for external audits Deputy payroll accounting Optimisation of Abacus finance systems Participation in projects such as IT, data protection, digitalisation Close cooperation with management Your profile Completed further training in accounting (federal specialist certificate) and/or business studies with a focus on finance Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and controlling, ideally in a comparable role Very good IT skills (ideally Abacus and MS Office) Affinity for IT systems, data protection, and digitalisation Analytical thinking as well as a structured and precise working style High degree of personal responsibility, resilience, and discretion Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility Our offer A varied and demanding role with room for initiative and co-creation An appreciative, respectful, and human-centred working environment Attractive employment conditions and individual training opportunities For further information, please contact Sonja Prokop, Managing Director; 055 256 17 16 / sonja.prokop@wabe.ch Have we piqued your interest?
