Join our Facility Services team as a Garden and Green Care Manager! Enjoy a supportive work environment with great benefits. Tasks Lead garden and green care organization both operationally and financially. Serve as the single point of contact for customer support and advice. Optimize processes, planning, and quality standards in garden maintenance. Skills Facility management education with experience in garden maintenance required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Proficient in digital tools, fluent in German; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. About the job - Professionally, operationally and financially manage the responsible garden and green space maintenance organisation - Support and advise customers as a «single point of contact» - Advise customers on tactical and strategic matters concerning garden maintenance, green space management and seasonal deployment planning - Personnel and professional leadership of 16 employees - Take responsibility for costs, budget and resources - Optimise and further develop existing processes, deployment planning and quality standards - Ensure occupational safety, health protection and the proper handling of machines and equipment - Training in the field of Facility Management, ideally with commercial and/or technical further education - Professional experience in Facility Management, especially in garden maintenance - Completed training as a gardener EFZ is desirable - Experienced in leadership and enjoys working with different stakeholders - Strong communication, organisational and planning skills - Digital affinity and confident use of modern tools - Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, Spanish and/or Portuguese an advantage - Wide range of internal development opportunities - 16 weeks maternity leave - Staff celebrations and appreciation programmes - Discounted mobile subscriptions from Swisscom for the whole family - Employee offer platform with attractive discounts and special conditions - Structured onboarding in the initial phase
