About the job Look forward to exciting tasks: Take on the technical leadership of the coordination team for meter and installation inspections (district heating, gas, water) and act as the central contact person in day-to-day business. Ensure the operational handling of meter installations, replacements and dismantling according to standards and always keep the target objectives in view. Coordinate the assignments of fitters, handle customer calls and administrative tasks related to order and maintenance management. Intervene in critical situations on site with customers and ensure coordination with customers, authorities and internal departments. Analyse KPIs, derive targeted measures from them and actively drive process improvements and digitalisation potentials. Completed basic technical training and further training as a technical clerk, process specialist or similar.
