Oversee all HR processes in administration, training, and development. Manage payroll, including data entry and maintenance of records. Skills Commercial education plus HR specialist certification required. Fluent in German with strong MS Office skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible interpersonal skills. Contact person for our employees on all HR matters Handling of all HR processes in the areas of personnel administration, vocational training and personnel development Recruitment of employees and apprentices Management of payroll accounting, including recording and maintenance of salary and personnel data Calculation of withholding tax and social security contributions Further development of HR processes and management tools What you bring Commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist and in payroll accounting Fluent German skills Good MS Office skills and experience with Abacus are an advantage Precise, structured and efficient way of working Independent, reliable and flexible personality with joy and sensitivity in dealing with people With us, you will receive entrepreneurial freedom and the interesting opportunity to help shape the development of a future-oriented company.
