For this exciting role, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement a Social Work Specialist 80% with Role as Deputy Manager Your tasks You support the head of Wohnen Plus Kehrsatz in a deputy role and take on the quality management portfolio. You accompany clients within the framework of a key worker mandate. You take responsibility for day and evening shifts. You perform administrative tasks such as process documentation and reporting. You plan, coordinate, and lead site meetings. You engage in networking with internal and external professionals as well as guardians.
