This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. At our location in Biberist, we are looking for a Care Specialist, 80% What to expect Provision of professional basic and treatment care Carrying out medical-technical procedures and care services according to training and continuing education standards Co-creating a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities Taking on tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key worker system Preparation and management of care and support plans and collaboration with relatives and legal representatives Willingness to work at night Your profile Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with people with disabilities Good communication and writing skills as well as very good knowledge of German High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook) Your perspective We promote an open and appreciative working atmosphere and give you plenty of room for personal responsibility and participation in a dynamic and changing environment.
