About the job The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. Then join our team from 1 July 2026 on a fixed-term basis for 6-12 months as Health Specialist FaGe in Night Shift 60% | Location Riehen Your Area of Responsibility You competently and lovingly accompany our patients during the night shift You independently carry out nursing measures You are part of an interdisciplinary team that supports each other You contribute to continuous improvement processes and help to further develop our procedures together You help ensure that people feel seen and appreciated Your Profile Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification Enjoyment in working with elderly people Sense of responsibility, team spirit and a good sense of humour Motivation, professionalism and an open heart Interest in Lean Management and enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimising processes What awaits you: You will have a temporary position from 01.07.2026 for 6-12 months with a 60% workload.
