Join the KESB Bezirk Horgen team dedicated to protecting children and adults. This role offers a collaborative environment with meaningful work. Tasks Manage administrative case handling and document organization. Assist in drafting decisions and collecting necessary information. Support general correspondence and assist with reception duties. Skills Completion of commercial education or equivalent experience. Strong computer skills and proficiency in written communication. Reliable, discreet, and a team player. The Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB) District Horgen assesses the support needs for children and adults and decides on measures. You can expect from us Administrative case management (registry, file management, filing) Creating file indexes Assisting in drafting decisions Obtaining written information and data General correspondence activities Preparing and sending decisions Writing invoices and reminders Processing mail Assisting with telephone service and reception You bring with you Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in the field of child and adult protection or in public administration in general Very good IT skills Confidence in style, both written and spoken Careful and conscientious working method Reliability, discretion and ability to work in a team You will find with us A collegial working atmosphere with a team that supports you Interesting tasks in an exciting and meaningful environment Modern infrastructure Employment conditions according to cantonal personnel law Do you feel addressed by this task?
