About the job Your Tasks Professional and pedagogical responsibility Professional responsibility for the planning, organisation and further development of the FIAT offer Planning and implementation of work therapy individual and group settings Design of learning and development fields to test and promote work ability Observation and assessment of work-relevant skills, resources and development potentials Support and promotion of people with mental impairments in dealing with their work ability and professional perspective Key worker role for around 10 participants: status assessments, support planning and implementation Case management in cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies Support of participants in developing personal, social and work-related skills Documentation according to cantonal requirements Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team Your Profile Completed training as a care specialist EFZ, social pedagogue HF/FH or work therapist or equivalent Craft or technical interest and/or prior training Ideally professional experience in supporting people with mental impairments Resilient, empathetic and structured personality with high social competence Confident handling of MS Office Good written expression skills for reports and documentation For questions about the application Kristin Wagner HR Department Manager +41 61 553 50 58 About Us inclusioplus offers various opportunities for supported work , different supported living arrangements as well as meaningful day activities for people with disabilities.
