About the job In the heart of the city of Zurich, the Residential Homes in Seefeld offer living and life space for adults with cognitive or multiple impairments at various locations. At the Ottenweg location, people live who require special care and basic nursing due to their degree of impairment and age. We are looking for a Care Specialist (80%) from September 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks: Accompanying, supporting and advising the residents in their daily lives Nursing activities Promoting the greatest possible independence and social skills Administrative tasks and maintaining external contacts If interested: taking on departmental responsibilities Your profile: Experience working with people with multiple impairments Completed training as FABE/FAGE Ability to learn, manage conflicts and work in a team Organisational skills and independent working style Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour We offer you a development-oriented working environment with contemporary employment conditions and opportunities for further training, an appreciative working atmosphere and a varied activity in a motivated team without split shifts and without night work.
