Join a leading company as Fachleiter/in HR Analytics & HR Controlling. Make an impact at the strategic level! Tasks Develop HR Analytics & HR Controlling as a key management tool. Build a relevant HR metrics system and dashboards for decision-making. Analyze and manage central HR issues like turnover and recruitment. Skills Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or similar; extensive HR experience required. Strong analytical skills with BI tools and MS Excel. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Head of HR Analytics & HR Controlling (80–100%) (Strategic HR Business) Your impact at the highest level You are not looking for a classic HR analytics role, but a position with real influence at executive management level? In this role, you work directly with our HR management (member of the executive board) as well as with other members of the executive board and senior managers. You make HR controllable – and provide decision-making foundations that count. Your role: sparring partner and shaper You are part of the Strategic HR Business team and actively develop the HR strategy together with your colleagues. At the same time, you work closely with a strong HR team of highly qualified specialists who implement your analyses in practice. In your role, you are responsible for: The further development of HR Analytics & HR Controlling as a central management tool The establishment of a decision-relevant HR key figure system and corresponding dashboards The analysis and management of key HR topics (e.g. turnover, absences, workforce structure, recruitment, personnel costs) Management and further development of position and personnel cost planning as well as workforce planning Your contribution at a strategic level: You connect data, HR practice and business perspective You act as a sparring partner on equal footing for HR management, executive board and senior managers You translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations You work closely with HR colleagues to implement insights effectively Furthermore: Participation in monthly and annual closing processes by preparing and validating HR and payroll-related data in coordination with Finance Collaboration on HR system topics as well as cross-departmental projects Contribution to the further development of HR data architecture, data quality and governance Collaboration within the management team with mutual representation What you bring – we deliberately seek seniority Professional University degree (business administration, data analytics, business psychology or comparable) Several years of solid experience in HR controlling / HR analytics / people analytics Experience in building key figure systems and dashboards Very good knowledge of BI tools, MS Excel and Access Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Siaxma) Confident handling of data, governance and data protection Crucial: your impact You move confidently and persuasively at executive and management level You are a strong consulting personality with a clear stance You convey complex content concisely and appropriately for the audience You combine analytical depth with implementation orientation You enjoy working in a team and act in a connecting manner You bring maturity, resilience and dialogue skills Further information Our HR partial manager, Nadine Sahli, 044 448 55 52, will be happy to provide you with further information.
