Further benefits can be found on our website www.immerag.ch/jobs Your main area of responsibility includes Active support of craft customers through regular visits, thorough needs analyses and advice on the products, solutions and services of IMMER AG with a focus on sales development Optimisation of customer processes through offer development, introduction of new inventory management systems and continuous improvement of existing solutions Accompanying customer projects from identification to completion, including offer preparation, site visits and close coordination with internal teams Systematic exploitation of defined market potentials and active acquisition of new customers Targeted use of the IMMERservice (repair centre, PPE mobile, rental equipment, material testing, etc.) to strengthen customer loyalty as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships Maintenance of all activities in ERP or other systems, planning of customer visits and tours Responsibility for sales, contribution margin and project pipeline Your profile You have a technical or commercial basic education and bring experience in timber construction, the building supply industry or technical trade In addition, you have completed sales-specific training and are familiar as an experienced B2B sales professional with systematic market and visit planning as well as offer and sales processing You are a commercially and entrepreneurially minded personality with high self-motivation and have the right mindset to actively contribute to a changing company Enthusiasm and joy in advising our customers as well as strong negotiation and closing skills characterise you Confident handling of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital tools complete your profile Interested?
