Develop and implement training strategies with management. Plan onboarding and individual development for new staff. Skills Extensive experience in Food & Beverage, ideally in hospitality. Strong background in training and quality management. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages a plus. Your Tasks As an F&B Training Manager, you ensure the sustainable development of our employees as well as the quality throughout the entire Food & Beverage sector.Conducting coaching-on-the-floor sessions, quality support, and service checks in the individual restaurants Responsibility for the operational training strategy in the Food & Beverage sector in close coordination with the operational management according to current needs Planning and conducting training sessions, individual development plans, as well as onboarding of new employees Implementation and compliance with Forbes, LQA, and SDH standards, taking into account internal processes and ISO guidelines Creation and evaluation of monthly training plans as well as continuous optimisation of the training structure Creation, maintenance, and ongoing updating of SOPs, work instructions, as well as support in various projects As part of the opening of our three restaurants in December 2026, you will take on a central role in the structured onboarding of new employees and, together with the operational management, ensure smooth induction and consistent implementation of our quality and service standards from the outset Your Profile You have solid experience in the Food & Beverage sector and move confidently between operational implementation, employee development, and quality management:Several years of professional experience in the Food & Beverage sector, ideally in upscale hospitality or gastronomy Practical experience in training, employee development, coaching, or quality management is an advantage Structured, independent, and responsible working style with high initiative Enjoy supporting employees, further developing service quality, and being operationally present Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage We Offer Taster evenings and discounts at the Thermal Spa Free tickets to Tamina Gorge Trial stay after successful probation period Up to 50% discount in the restaurants Up to 50% discount at the Fitness Centre and Tamina Thermal Baths The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has its origins in the healing thermal waters of the Tamina spring.
