Trademark Examiner (m/f/d) What awaits you with us What awaits you with us You decide, using your research skills and ability to formulate grounds in line with practice, whether a trademark can be protected. You clearly and precisely explain the various grounds for refusal of a trademark registration application thanks to your convincing writing and argumentative skills. You provide information in writing and orally to our clients. In the medium term, if applicable, you may contribute to the work of various teams or expert groups (e.g. in the application of practice or within internal training or projects). What makes you successful What makes you successful You hold a university degree or have similar qualifications (e.g. CAS Paralegal or ES legal specialist) and preferably have some professional experience. Your mother tongue is French or German and you have very good written and spoken knowledge of the other language. You enjoy researching, writing and arguing. You have a solid general knowledge, a lively mind and an interest in legal matters. You appreciate working independently with deadlines within multilingual teams. You are open to new things, and digital processes as well as project teams do not intimidate you.
