As part of a temporary reinforcement, our client is seeking an Events Assistant for an initial 2-month assignment, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months. You will join a dynamic team responsible for organizing high-level events (conferences, intergovernmental meetings, workshops, etc.) and contribute to the successful delivery of event-related activities. Our client is an international organisation. Missions Provide logistical support for events (room bookings, coordination of venues, equipment, catering) Manage participant registrations and ensure proper administrative follow-up Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders Assist in the preparation of event documentation (agendas, participant lists, materials) Support on-site event delivery and ensure smooth operations Contribute to administrative tasks within the team (reporting, database updates, etc.) Profil du candidat Degree in Events Management, Communications, International Relations, or a related field Initial experience in event coordination, ideally within an international environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and team spirit Conditions et Avantages A rewarding experience within a reputable international organization A multicultural and dynamic working environment An initial 2-month contract with strong potential for extension to 6 months
