We are an international primary school based in Geneva, offering a brand-new Bilingual Early Years Programme starting in September 2026. Our curriculum places a strong emphasis on French and English from the age of 3, and we pride ourselves on promoting excellence, well-being, and inclusion for all our pupils, who come from a wide range of international backgrounds. We are currently seeking qualified full time English teachers to join and expand our Early Years teaching team. As of September 2026, positions will focus on early years teaching, with the potential for future opportunities in primary education as the department continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include: Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in an Early Years setting Evaluating pupils’ work and supporting children’s learning and development Liaising and collaborating with other members of staff Working closely with a French co-teacher in a bilingual environment Supervising children during break and lunchtime, as required The successful candidate will: Hold a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) Qualified to teach English to non-anglophone speakers Ideally be a native English speaker with an excellent level of French Have teaching experience in EYFS and/or primary education Experience in teaching mathematics is an advantage, particularly Singapore Maths Be responsible, autonomous, and proactive, while working effectively as part of a co-teaching team Demonstrate open, respectful communication and strong teamwork skills The benefits of working for NDL: Play an active role in the development of a dynamic, thriving Institute In-house training and professional development workshops Benefit from an attractive retirement plan An international working environment with a close-knit, supportive team An attractive campus with beautiful grounds, playgrounds, and well-equipped classrooms Healthy meals prepared daily by a professional cook Documents required: Copy of a valid work permit Letter of motivation, CV, and a recent photograph Copies of certificates and diplomas References from previous employers
