Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.&nbsp; Could you be the&nbsp;full-time **Production Overhead Controller** (f/m/d) in&nbsp;Villeneuve&nbsp;we-re&nbsp;looking for?&nbsp; &nbsp; **Your&nbsp;Future&nbsp;Role**&nbsp; In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries.&nbsp;Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.&nbsp;You-ll&nbsp;report to Matilda LAMBERT and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.&nbsp; &nbsp; **We-ll look for you to :**&nbsp; * Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations; * Follow and validate ERP production data; * Monitor costs and variances; * Reconcile hours and correct discrepancies; * Support R&amp;D, tenders, and reporting; * Track Capex, WIP, and working capital * Prepare forecasts and KPIs; * Support audits and internal controls; * Promote the Code of Ethics. **All About You**&nbsp; We value passion and attitude over experience.&nbsp;That-s&nbsp;why we&nbsp;don-t&nbsp;expect you to have every single skill.
