Do you want to play an active role in shaping the future of electromobility and develop complex platforms at the interface between energy, technology and operations? At Swiss Post E-Mobility Charging Solutions (ECS), you work with internal and external partners to manage one of the largest charging ecosystems for electric vehicle fleets in Switzerland. You help us drive forward the development of our smart charging platforms and the sustainable mobility of the future.   **How you make a difference** * You are responsible for the Charging Station Management System (CSMS) product roadmap and the capability backlog, and consistently align them with the smart charging and energy strategy. * You translate business, operational and technical requirements into clear platform decisions and prioritized features. * You manage CSMS releases, platform improvements and integration projects from definition to successful rollout. * You coordinate planning, testing, stakeholder management, risk management and operational rollout readiness across various units. * As a technical and product-side contact person, you work with the CSMS vendor and coordinate topics such as roadmap coordination, SLA management, change requests and release prioritization. * You work closely with IT, Operations, Procurement, Implementation, Product Management and other business units and ensure efficient platform governance. * You support the integration of smart charging and energy optimization use cases with systems such as BEMS, LMS, DataHub, Reporting, as well as billing and fleet management solutions.   **What you have to offer** * You have a Bachelor-s degree in IT, electrical engineering/mechanical engineering, energy technology or a related specialist area. A Master-s degree is an advantage. * You have several years of experience as a product owner, technical project manager or in a comparable role. * You know how to combine product-oriented thinking with structured project management, clear prioritization and clean delivery. * We count on your experience in managing external providers and complex multi-stakeholder programmes. * You have strong communication and negotiation skills and can mediate between technical and business stakeholders. * You have the required basic knowledge in the field of EV charging and energy management, and are interested in innovative smart charging solutions. Knowledge of OCPP 2.0.1/2.1, ISO 15118, dynamic load management or VDV 461/463 is an advantage. * You have very good spoken and written communication skills in one national language and good knowledge (spoken B2) of a second national language, as well as a good command of English.
