Are you ready to achieve great things with us? **HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT** * Improve and optimize configuration management processes and administer the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) toolchain (ERM, ETM, EWM). * Configure and maintain ELM projects, including permissions, configurations, and Global Configuration (GC). * Design and implement improvements to enhance scalability, performance, usability, and support the long-term evolution of the ELM environment. * Act as the primary point of contact for ELM-related issues, including troubleshooting and coordination with 2nd/3rd level support and IBM support. * Support development teams by providing best practices, guidance, and training on effective use of ELM tools. **HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE** * Strong knowledge of Configuration Management in railway signalling or a comparable safety‑critical industry. * Minimum of 5 years' experience in Configuration Management using IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next Generation (DNG) on the Jazz platform. * Experience with software-based products following the V‑lifecycle development model. * Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar tools. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail. * High sense of responsibility, meeting deadlines reliably and working independently when required. * Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work harmoniously in a collaborative environment. **OUR PROMISE TO YOU** * Dynamic and multi-cultural environment with start-up character and great diversity * Varied and exciting area of responsibility with flexibility for mobile work and room to manoeuvre and creative freedom * A collegial working environment and collaboration in qualified and passionate teams * A culture that values your achievements **YOUR BENEFITS** At Stadler you receive a variety of benefits, such as * discounts on various leisure activities, phone subscriptions, and insurance; * regular company events * contributions to further education YOUR LOCATION Join our team to shape the future of mobility together!
