Tasks Organize and coordinate transport for rental devices efficiently. Liaise with various locations for operational planning and execution. We are looking for reinforcement for our team in Härkingen SO as: Dispatcher for Transport and Equipment 100% Here’s what you’ll be doing: After internal specialist training, you will independently carry out the following tasks: Organisation and scheduling of transports for our rental equipment Operational coordination of scheduling with our locations Provision of route planning and reports for the drivers Planning and coordination with external transport companies Clarifications with customers, authorities, construction, trade, and traffic police Competent telephone advice for our customers Quotation and order processing on our ERP system Abacus General administrative tasks What you should bring: Clearly: technical understanding, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new topics and challenges.
