Job Description Our client, renowned for its expertise in civil engineering, infrastructure and land development, has been supporting ambitious and sustainable projects in Switzerland and internationally for several decades. To strengthen its dynamic and committed team, we are looking for a: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Vaud / Valais Your mission You will take part in the realisation of large-scale projects in the fields of road and rail infrastructure, from their execution phase to their commissioning. Within an experienced and collaborative team, you will notably be responsible for the following: Preparing and managing tender procedures; Coordinating and supervising the execution of works on site; Ensuring the technical, administrative and financial monitoring of construction sites; Ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards; Maintaining smooth communication with all project stakeholders. Your profile You hold a Technicien ES diploma, an EPF/HES training in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification; You have proven experience within a Swiss engineering consultancy office, ideally in a similar role; You have successfully managed complex projects and are comfortable working in varied technical environments; You have several years of experience in construction management and supervision; You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written; Autonomous and rigorous, you demonstrate initiative, flexibility and excellent organisational skills; You appreciate teamwork and maintain constructive relationships with your contacts; Committed to the development of regional infrastructures, you are willing to travel as part of your duties; Knowledge of digital design processes and BIM methodologies is a valued advantage.
