Primarily work during evening or night shifts implementing processes. Skills FH or HF nursing degree, preferably with experience in geriatric psychiatry. Strong professionalism in psychiatric patient care. High social competence and de-escalation strategies expertise. For the wards of the Centre for Geriatric Psychiatry, we are looking for you as a permanent employee from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement Tasks You complement the interdisciplinary team of our geriatric psychiatric wards with nursing expertise and commitment You support people in acute crisis, actively taking into account the individual life situation of the patients You mainly work in the late and/or night shift and implement internal processes and guidelines You see yourself as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the professional implementation of the ward concept Profile Qualified nursing specialist FH or HF, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, acute geriatrics or acute somatics In addition to commitment and a sense of responsibility, we expect a high level of professionalism in the care and support of people in psychiatric crisis Flexible, resilient and motivated personality with high social competence and application of de-escalation strategies Interest in continuous professional development Benefits Questions about the position?
