About the job The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialised treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia. Your Tasks Creative freedom and the opportunity to help shape dementia care with your expertise. This also includes responsibility in case management throughout the entire care process. Sharing your proven professional experience at HF level and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions. Your Profile Completed training as a Dipl.
