Nurse HF/FH in Gerontopsychiatry 85% | Basel Location What you will achieve with us: You accompany our residents in everyday life and make an important contribution to ensuring that they feel safe, understood and well cared for. With your calm, appreciative manner, you support them where they need help and at the same time strengthen their existing abilities. Your tasks include: - You provide professional and life-world-oriented care and support for the residents, involving their relatives - You take on the self-care deficits of the elderly, taking into account activating care according to the care model of promotive process care - You respond to the various needs of the residents with the necessary sensitivity and professionalism - You accompany and support in all areas of life (e.g. activities, relationships and existential life experiences) where the residents need help - You ensure a smooth daily routine What you bring with you: You enjoy contact with older people and treat them with respect, patience and warmth. Even in demanding situations, you remain calm, attentive and team-oriented. We expect from you: - Qualification as a Dipl.
