Enjoy a supportive environment with growth opportunities and benefits. ## Tasks ## * Ensure daily activities for residents are coordinated with the team. * Manage responsibilities and serve as a contact for residents and families. * Plan and document care processes independently and support new staff. ## Skills ## * You have a completed nursing diploma or health professional training. * Experience in a similar role with elderly care enthusiasm. * Fluent in German, at least B2 level, with a positive attitude. ### Nursing is diverse, and so are we! ### At the Baar Care Centre, the person is at the centre.
