DEINE AUFGABEN Zubereiten von Diätspeisen anhand der Verordnungen Speisezubereitung für Patientinnen und Patienten, Mitarbeitende sowie Gäste inkl. Bereitstellung der Mise-en-place für die gesamte Küche Beratung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten sowie der Küchenmitarbeitenden bei Diät-Fragen Mithilfe bei der Bewirtschaftung des Menu Wahlsystems sowie bei Lebensmittel-Bestellungen Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Spezialanlässen wie auch Mitarbeit beim Band an Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendservices DEIN PROFIL Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Diätköchin/zum Diätkoch EFZ Interesse an Ernährungsfragen sowie Bereitschaft, das Wissen weiterzugeben und einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg unserer Klinik zu leisten Zuverlässige und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit mit sehr guter Kommunikationsweise Hohe Kundenorientierung und organisatorische Fähigkeiten Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend-Diensten Möchtest du in einem dynamischen und innovativen Umfeld arbeiten, wo du deine Stärken, dein Know-How und Kompetenzen voll entfalten kannst?
