They are investing significantly in data and AI to accelerate business performance and transformation ## Job Description ## * Lead end-to-end data and system migration projects across business units * Ensure data integrity, risk management, and smooth platform transitions * Plan and manage the rollout of data tools and platforms * Drive adoption and stabilization of newly deployed solutions * Design and deliver training sessions for diverse audiences * Develop and maintain clear technical and process documentation * Engage and align stakeholders across technical and business teams * Build and animate a data community across regions and functions * Identify and structure AI use cases with tangible business value * Translate AI trends into actionable and relevant opportunities * Support continuous improvement of data governance and processes ## The Successful Applicant ## * Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT or data projects * Strong understanding of data ecosystems, architectures, and tools * Experience with system or data migrations in corporate environments * Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management * Exposure to AI, machine learning, or GenAI use cases (professional or personal) * Ability to translate technical concepts into business language * Experience in deploying and onboarding digital or data tools * Strong communication and presentation skills * Comfortable delivering training sessions and workshops * Highly structured, proactive, and autonomous approach * Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders * Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus ## What's on Offer ## * Opportunity to contribute to high-impact data and AI transformation programs * Collaborative and international working environment * Flexible working model with partial remote work and multi-site exposure Quote job ref JN-062026-7042466 Job Function Information Technology Specialisation Technology consultancy Industry Technology & Telecoms Location Lausanne Region Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-062026-7042466
