**Bern, Switzerland (and working from home) \| 80-100%** ****This is how you can contribute**** * Set up GovCERT's own infrastructure (servers, network systems, virtualised environment, etc.) and ensure it operates in a stable, high-performance and secure manner * Build modern solutions for the operation of in-house developed applications * Develop the tools for the detection, collection, processing and analysis of cyber threats, and devise innovative technical solutions for threat mitigation * Monitor relevant threat actors in cyberspace and their tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) in order to produce timely and accurate technical cyber threat intelligence (CTI) * Provide technical and organisational support to operators of critical infrastructure in managing cyber incidents (incident response) and implement appropriate countermeasures to defend against cyber threats * Exchange information with relevant partners in Switzerland and abroad on the current threat situation in cyberspace ****This makes you unique**** * University degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, information security or equivalent experience gained through professional practice * Very good technical knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, common network protocols and current technologies (such as Elastic and ClickHouse) * Extensive experience in operating on-premise solutions and network components such as firewalls and routers * Solution-oriented mindset * In-depth knowledge of both Bash and Python scripting languages * Willingness to undertake periodic on-call duty and occasional assignments * Very good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third official language, as well as very good English skills ****In a nutshell**** Would you like to play a part in the future of national cybersecurity and contribute to the common good?
