Hauptaufgaben Durchführung von ATP/CTP-Analysen zur Sicherstellung realistischer Liefertermine unter Berücksichtigung von Materialverfügbarkeit, Kapazitäten und Stücklisten Erstellung, Steuerung und Stabilisierung des Master Schedules für definierte Produktlinien Freigabe und Terminierung von Fertigungsaufträgen in Abstimmung mit Produktion und Kundenanforderungen Proaktive Identifikation, Analyse und Behebung von Engpässen entlang der Supply Chain Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen sowie Abstimmung von Massnahmen mit relevanten Schnittstellen Aktives Backlog-Management sowie Überwachung und Analyse relevanter KPIs (z. B. OTD, Durchlaufzeiten) Sicherstellung der Datenqualität von Planungsparametern sowie Nutzung von Excel und Power BI für datenbasierte Entscheidungen Ihr Profil Höhere technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HF, FH oder Bachelor) mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Produktionsplanung oder Logistik Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion (z. B. Master Scheduler, Produktionsplaner), idealerweise im HMLV-Umfeld Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Problemlösungsansätze Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für mechanische und elektromechanische Produkte Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (MS Dynamics 365 F&O von Vorteil) sowie in MRP-Prozessen Fundiertes Wissen in der Produktionsplanung (ATP/CTP, Engpassmanagement, Master Scheduling, Backlog-Steuerung) Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungsparametern (z. B.
