Geneva area, Contract role to start asap until end of 2026 Your role Support strategic projects and day-to-day coordination within the Finance & Administration division. You ensure smooth operations, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of key initiatives. Key responsibilities Coordinate strategic projects and track deliverables Support corporate insurance processes and sustainability reporting Collect, analyse, and report data (KPIs, dashboards) Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership Organize meetings, events, and stakeholder communications Your profile Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or similar ~3-5 years' experience in coordination / project support Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience working with senior stakeholders Excellent English; French is an asset Why apply Exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives International, fast-paced, collaborative environment For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport.
